The purpose of this budget is the provision of technical assistance services for the functional, technical and operational adaptation of the Customer Portal to the requirements established by the European Union Regulation on Deforestation (EUDR). This includes the implementation of new functionalities, the restructuring of existing modules, the updating of nomenclatures and workflows, as well as the improvement of the user experience and the associated documentation generation processes.
